NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN:

1) ELIGIBILITY:  Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and must be the homeowner of the house entry to be eligible to win.  Entrants must reside in San Diego County and have a valid social security number.  Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner.  Employees of Bay City Television or Integrity Home Improvements and their affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and all immediate family members thereof are not eligible. Contest winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or equivalent produced by Integrity Home Improvements.  Winners will be required to sign a release of liability document.

2) SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR:  The sweepstakes is sponsored by Integrity Home Improvements and Bay City Television. The sweepstakes is administered by Bay City Television, 8253 Ronson Road, San Diego, CA 92111.

3) ENTRY PERIOD:  The contest begins on Monday April 14, 2008 and ends on Sunday May 4, 2008.   

4) ENTRY:  Beginning Monday April 14, 2008 potential entrants can enter to win a kitchen makeover valued at $30,000.  Potential entries must submit three (3) pictures of their kitchen as well as a brief story telling our sponsor why the entrant deserves a brand new kitchen from Integrity Home Improvements.  All entries must include name of homeowner, address, daytime and evening phone number (to be contacted if they are selected as the winner).  By entering the contest, entrant agrees to be contacted by Sponsor for special promotional offers. Entries can be submitted on http://fox6.com or be emailed directly to makeover@fox6.com.  If entrant is not able to send pictures electronically, they can also be mailed to:

5) ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNER:  Integrity Home Improvement will narrow down all received entries to three (3) finalists after all entries are received.  The three (3) finalists will be notified by phone sometime between May 5^th and May 9^th.  Entrants will be given a day and time they must be available for the final selection (winner will need to be at their home on the specified day to be eligible to win).  If an entrant cannot be present at that time as outlined in this paragraph, the administrator shall select an alternate entrant from all entries received, and attempt to contact the alternate as specified in this paragraph.  Winner will be surprised at their home on the specified day and time as outlined in the phone call.  Winner agrees to be filmed and broadcast on Fox 6. 

6) PRIZE:  One entrant will receive a kitchen remodel valued at $30,000 from Integrity Home Improvements. 

7) GENERAL CONDITIONS:  In the event that the winner declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited.  The prize is not transferable and may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in an entrant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of Bay City Television and Integrity Home Improvements.

8) DISPUTES:  Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the sweepstakes shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these official rules, entrant’s rights and obligations or the rights and obligations of the sponsor or Administrator in connection with the sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction) which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

9) WINNERS LIST/OFFICIAL RULES:  To obtain the name of the sweepstakes winner or a copy of these official rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to XETV FOX 6/Integrity Home Improvements  “Kitchen from Hell Makeover” Sweepstakes, 8253 Ronson Road, San Diego, CA 92111. Please specify if you are requesting the name of the winner or the official rules. All requests for either the winner or the official rules must be received by June 10, 2008.
